For over 10 years, I’ve provided thoughtful, compassionate psychotherapy to adults and couples, with a special focus on Black women’s mental health. I specialize in EMDR, attachment-focused couples and marriage counseling, and fertility, perinatal, and maternal mental health, and my work is trauma-informed and culturally grounded. I support women navigating anxiety, infertility and pregnancy loss, stress, life transitions, and the postpartum period, and I help couples reconnect and communicate through some of life’s biggest changes. I also offer clinical supervision to Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPCs) in Maryland, and I facilitate professional development workshops and trainings on wellness, cultural responsiveness, and trauma-informed professional practice. My work is grounded in person-centered evidence-based approaches that help clients reconnect with their strengths and sense of purpose. I truly believe in the healing and restorative potential of therapy and feel honored to do this work. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Supervisor (LC9755) in Maryland. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Washington, D.C. (PRC200012841). I obtained my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University. https://www.insightbehavior.com/individual daily 0.75 2026-10-10 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ef530e893c16b38c568e4af/1772050868126-A9B7HC748LW4DP0SELCY/unsplash-image-64kXttDapcY.jpg https://www.insightbehavior.com/couples daily 0.75 2026-10-10 https://www.insightbehavior.com/group-therapy daily 0.75 2026-10-10 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ef530e893c16b38c568e4af/1791652037243-BYCZXHTH7Y1EDKQ98458/unsplash-image-yx3-a7ualMM.jpg https://www.insightbehavior.com/workshops-and-trainings daily 0.75 2026-10-10 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ef530e893c16b38c568e4af/1780932029.647869-TRBKMTLNUQTEHGQJOQGX/imgg-gg3p-BC-DQ-M-8df9fe80.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ef530e893c16b38c568e4af/1780932031.09401-JBIHPYPVWJCUJFGWQFQR/imgg-gg3p-BC-DQ-M-df650435.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ef530e893c16b38c568e4af/1780932030.883923-CRYWSQSQAWOCFWOGPYLX/imgg-gg3p-BC-DQ-S-7bf25c81.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ef530e893c16b38c568e4af/1780932029.724895-QAAQRNAZPBTBBBIWVYJH/imgg-gg3p-BC-DQ--F-181f085a.png https://www.insightbehavior.com/clinical-supervision daily 0.75 2026-10-10 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ec321c2af33de48734cc929/f3dcefac-6b56-4f80-be43-9a353a7c6a77/imgg-demo-Aq8H491F.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ec321c2af33de48734cc929/1755273032837-DYNU1ILVHL3BOZA9LO36/imgg-demo-7Oaq5XfL.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ec321c2af33de48734cc929/1755273032841-6QB2GP98IEDI9PL2XY77/imgg-demo-EpGLe4Je.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ec321c2af33de48734cc929/1755273032844-5UNSLBUF8TABL5QBRGFW/imgg-demo-VLVe4WGt.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ec321c2af33de48734cc929/1755273032848-WRJO6PIDLN2BVS6QS6FH/imgg-demo-QM1usOas.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ec321c2af33de48734cc929/1755273032852-SXN34YQFG0TL3X4S6N8A/imgg-demo-nRrNzbfO.png
