Group Therapy
Becoming a parent, trying to become one, or grieving a pregnancy that ended can each be isolating, and the people around you don’t always know what to say. Our telehealth groups bring women together around these experiences, offering a compassionate space to process emotions, build coping and resilience skills, and connect with others who understand. Each group is grounded in maternal and reproductive mental health, with attention to stress management, identity change, and community support. Groups are available through self-pay and insurance (BCBS/CIgna/United Healthcare)
Group offerings are $50 per session for an 8-week group, with a total investment of $400, with the option to pay in two installments. Groups are facilitated by a Maryland-based licensed clinician and intentionally designed to provide structured, supportive care.
